Welcome to RevX. By accessing or using the RevX website (revXconnects.com) or community platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

1. About RevX

RevX Holdings, LLC ("RevX," "we," "our," or "us") operates a professional membership community for revenue and finance leaders at leading law firms. Our platform includes an online community (hosted on Circle), discussion forums, a knowledge hub, events, and related resources.

2. Use of the Website and Platform

You agree to use RevX for lawful, professional, and collaborative purposes only. You may not use RevX to:

• Post unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or misleading content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other members
• Distribute spam, malware, or unsolicited commercial messages
• Misrepresent your identity, title, or affiliation

3. Early Access Requests

Submitting a request for early access or membership does not guarantee acceptance into RevX. Submission does not create a membership relationship or any obligation on the part of RevX. No payment is required at the time of application.

4. Member Code of Conduct

All members agree to:

• Engage respectfully and professionally
• Share information responsibly and in good faith
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive firm or client information
• Disclose affiliations when relevant to a discussion
• Avoid misleading or false representations

5. Antitrust Compliance

RevX is committed to full compliance with all applicable antitrust and competition laws, including the Sherman Antitrust Act. Members may NOT use the RevX platform to:

• Discuss or agree on pricing, billing rates, or fee structures
• Coordinate competitive behavior or market strategies
• Share competitively sensitive or confidential firm or client information
• Engage in any activity that could be construed as collusion or anti-competitive conduct

If any discussion raises antitrust concerns, participants must stop the conversation immediately. RevX may remove content or terminate access for violations. See the RevX Antitrust Policy for full details.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post on the RevX platform. By posting, you grant RevX Holdings, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content within the platform for community purposes.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any laws, third-party rights, or RevX policies. RevX reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or community standards.

7. Intellectual Property

All RevX branding, website content, design elements, and original materials are owned by RevX Holdings, LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from RevX content without written permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of RevX is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using RevX, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Communications

By submitting a request for early access or joining RevX, you agree to receive communications related to your application, membership status, events, and community updates. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email or by contacting us directly.

10. Termination and Suspension

RevX reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms, engages in inappropriate conduct, or whose continued participation is determined to be contrary to the interests of the community. Such determination is made at RevX's sole discretion.

11. Disclaimer

RevX provides a professional forum for discussion and information sharing. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-generated content. Nothing on the RevX platform constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RevX Holdings, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the RevX platform or any content thereon.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of RevX following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
