RevX is a trusted space for revenue performance professionals in law firms. These guidelines apply to all participants — Members, Expert Contributors, and Strategic Sponsors — in all RevX community spaces including discussion forums, platform user groups, events, roundtables, and webinars.
What We Encourage
- Insights drawn from real practice — not theory, not vendor talking points
- Sharing best practices and lessons learned
- Constructive, respectful professional dialogue
- Collaboration and peer support
- Asking genuine questions and engaging with others’ contributions in good faith
What Is Not Allowed
- Discussions of pricing, billing rates, compensation, client strategies, or any competitively sensitive information — see Antitrust below
- Sharing confidential firm, client, or proprietary information
- Self-promotion, solicitation, or business development activity without context or genuine value to the discussion
- Harassment, disrespectful behavior, personal attacks, or discriminatory language
- Spam, off-topic content, or repetitive posting
- Misrepresentation of identity, affiliation, credentials, or qualifications
Antitrust Compliance
RevX is committed to full compliance with antitrust and competition laws. Participants must not use any RevX community space to discuss or exchange:
- Pricing, billing rates, or fee structures
- Compensation, staffing, or hiring strategies
- Client relationships, market allocation, or competitive positioning
- Any information that could be construed as coordination among competitors
If any discussion raises antitrust concerns, participants should stop the conversation immediately and notify RevX. This requirement applies to all participants without exception, including Expert Contributors and Strategic Sponsors.
Antitrust Reminder
RevX is committed to full compliance with antitrust laws. Participants should not discuss pricing, billing rates, client-specific strategies, or any competitively sensitive information. If any discussion raises concerns, please stop the conversation immediately.
Posting Guidelines
- Keep discussions relevant and valuable to the RevX community
- Be concise, clear, and professional in tone
- Disclose your employer, affiliation, or any commercial interest when it is relevant to the discussion — transparency builds trust
- Cite sources where appropriate
- Do not post content that violates any law or third-party rights
Expert Contributors
Expert Contributors participate in RevX under a separate agreement and are subject to additional conduct requirements. Expert Contributors may not promote their services, solicit business, or engage in any business development activity in any RevX community space. Expert Contributors must disclose their status and any relevant commercial interests when contributing to discussions. Contributions by Expert Contributors represent their personal views and experience and do not constitute professional advice.
Strategic Sponsors
Strategic Sponsors who participate in platform user groups do so under a separate Sponsorship Agreement and are subject to additional participation guidelines. Sponsor participation is limited to their designated platform user group. Sponsors may not participate in any discussion forum. All community guidelines apply to Sponsors in the spaces where they are permitted to participate. Sponsors must clearly identify themselves as sponsors in all contributions.
Enforcement
RevX may take any of the following actions in response to guideline violations, in its sole discretion:
- Remove content that violates these guidelines
- Issue warnings to participants
- Restrict access to specific forums or features
- Suspend or remove members, Expert Contributors, or Sponsors from the community
RevX reserves the right to modify, restrict, or revoke access to any forum or feature at any time in its sole discretion based on what is in the best interest of the RevX member community. Member designations and badges — including Charter, Founding, and Launch designations — are granted by RevX and may be suspended or permanently revoked for guideline violations. We aim to maintain a high-quality, trusted community for all members.
