Policy Statement
RevX Holdings, LLC is committed to full compliance with all applicable federal and state antitrust and competition laws, including the Sherman Antitrust Act and related statutes. RevX operates as a professional community for revenue and finance leaders in the legal industry. As such, RevX takes seriously its obligation to ensure that community activities — including events, roundtables, webinars, online discussions, and member communications — are not used in any way that could raise antitrust concerns.
Prohibited Conduct
Participants in any RevX activity — whether in person, virtual, or on the RevX platform (including Circle) — may NOT discuss, share, or coordinate on:
- Pricing, billing rates, fee structures, or rate-setting strategies
- Compensation levels, salary benchmarks, or hiring strategies
- Client allocation, market division, or competitive territory
- Strategies intended to restrict competition or disadvantage competitors
- Any other competitively sensitive or confidential business information
These prohibitions apply regardless of how the discussion is framed — including informal conversations, hypothetical scenarios, or benchmarking exercises — if the effect could be anti-competitive.
Member Responsibility
Every RevX member is personally responsible for compliance with antitrust laws. Members who recognize that a discussion is moving toward prohibited territory must:
- Stop participating in that discussion immediately
- Redirect the conversation to permissible topics
- Report concerns to RevX at founder@revxconnects.com
RevX facilitators and moderators will intervene if a discussion appears to approach prohibited topics. This is not a judgment of intent — it is a precaution required for responsible community operations.
Platform and Event Disclaimer
The following reminder applies to all RevX events, roundtables, webinars, and platform discussions:
RevX is committed to full compliance with antitrust laws. Participants should not discuss pricing, billing rates, client-specific strategies, or any competitively sensitive information. If any discussion raises concerns, please stop the conversation immediately and notify a RevX moderator.
Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in:
- Removal of content from the RevX platform
- Issuance of a formal warning
- Suspension or permanent termination of membership
RevX reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a violation has occurred and what action is appropriate.
No Legal Advice
This policy is intended as a compliance guideline and does not constitute legal advice. Members with specific antitrust questions are encouraged to consult qualified legal counsel.
Updates
RevX may update this policy from time to time. Continued participation in the RevX community constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
