Why Join
Six reasons the people
who belong don't leave.
RevX was built for one reason: legal revenue professionals have been solving the same hard problems in isolation for too long. The community that should have existed years ago is here now. Here's what you get when you join.

01
Peers Who Actually Get It
A private community of verified practitioners in revenue operations, billing, collections, financial systems, and OCG compliance at leading law firms. People who understand the work without the explanation.
02
Real Conversations
Members-only forums cover key topics like Billing, Collections, Revenue Operations, and more. Discussions are candid and exclusive to those who manage outcomes, free from vendor influence.
03
Knowledge You Can Use
A member-curated library of playbooks, templates, benchmarks, and operating guides contributed by practitioners. Sponsored thought leadership content is permitted and clearly labeled — you always know who wrote it and why.
04
Platform User Groups
Dedicated user groups for platforms like Aderant and Elite for eBilling. Members share insights and solutions specific to their systems.
05
Events Built for Operators
Virtual roundtables and in-person gatherings where the agenda is set by members, not sponsors. No vendor showcases. No recycled panels. The conversations that normally happen off-stage, brought to the room.
06
A Career Advantage
The RevX member directory connects you with the most targeted pool of legal revenue professionals anywhere. Job alerts are a member-only benefit. When you're ready to move, RevX is how the right people find you.
Who It's For
Built for the people who own revenue performance.
RevX is for active professionals at leading law firms who own revenue performance — leaders and emerging leaders across every function that keeps the revenue engine running. Associate membership is open to those previously in qualifying roles.

Revenue Operations
You sit at the center of everything — billing, collections, systems, compliance, and the relationships that hold it all together. RevX was built for you first.
Billing / eBilling
You know that billing is where client relationships are won or lost. RevX gives you peers who understand the complexity — from rate negotiations to eBilling platform headaches — without having to explain the basics.
Matter Intake & Client Onboarding
You own the front end of the revenue cycle — the intake workflows, engagement terms, and billing setup that everything downstream depends on. RevX connects you to peers navigating the same complexity.
Credit, Collections & Accounts Receivable
You're managing the firm's most sensitive financial relationships. RevX connects you to collections professionals who've handled the same difficult conversations, difficult clients, and difficult partners — and know what actually works.
Financial Systems & Technology
You keep the systems that run the firm's revenue engine running — and you're usually the last one called and the first one blamed. RevX is the peer group that actually gets it.
Financial Reporting & Analysis
You translate complex financial data into the numbers firm leadership actually uses. RevX connects you to peers in legal revenue and finance who understand the reporting environment you're working in.
Outside Counsel Guideline Compliance
OCG compliance is one of the most underappreciated disciplines in legal operations. RevX brings together the professionals who manage it at scale — comparing notes, sharing frameworks, and navigating the pressure together.
Practice Finance & Economics
You track the financial performance of practice groups — profitability, realization, WIP aging, rate strategy, leverage, and the data behind partner compensation conversations. It's granular, high-stakes work that sits at the intersection of finance, operations, and strategy. RevX is where the people who do it can finally compare notes with peers who speak the same language.
Leader
$395 / year
Senior operators in legal revenue and finance roles who own, influence, and drive revenue performance within their firms. This is where decisions are shaped, strategies are tested, and standards are set. Built for those already leading — and those others look to for direction.
Emerging Leader
$250 / year
High-potential professionals in legal revenue and finance roles at law firms, stepping into ownership of revenue performance. Not entry-level. Not observational. For those expected to lead next. RevX retains sole discretion in determining Emerging Leader eligibility.
Associate Member
$100 / year
Professionals previously in qualifying roles who are now in career transition, retired, or working outside of law firms. Full community access.
Firm Bundle

Questions
Answers to the questions you should ask.
If you're wondering about it, someone else is too. These are the questions that matter most for anyone considering RevX membership.
Is RevX really application-based, or is that just marketing language?
It's real. RevX is an application-based community — submitting an application does not guarantee a spot. Applications are reviewed against membership criteria, and RevX reserves the right to approve or deny any application in its sole discretion. This is how the community stays valuable: the people inside it are actually qualified.
What's the difference between Charter, Founding, and Launch Member?
All three are at standard rates — there are no discounted founding prices. The difference is timing and rate lock. Charter Members (first 50) get a lifetime rate lock: their price never increases. Founding Members (slots 51–200) get a two-year rate lock. Launch Members (slots 201–500) get no rate lock but carry the permanent Launch Member designation. All three designations appear permanently in the member directory.
What happens to my rate lock if I cancel and rejoin?
Rate locks do not survive a membership lapse. If a Charter or Founding Member lets their membership expire for any reason, the rate lock is forfeited permanently. They can rejoin, but only at the then-current standard rate. The founding designation in the directory, however, is permanent and does not change regardless of lapse or rejoin.
Do all tiers have the same access, or do higher-paying tiers get more?
All active RevX members have identical access to the community platform, discussion forums, platform user groups, Knowledge Hub, events, job alerts, and member directory — regardless of tier. Charter and Founding Members receive priority access to RevX programming and events, but there are no content or feature paywalls within the community. The founding tiers are about designation and rate lock, not gated access.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, as a courtesy to self-pay members during our founding year. If you are paying personally rather than through your firm, you are welcome to spread your membership fee across a few monthly installments at no extra cost, charged automatically to your personal credit card via Stripe. Available during our founding year, not committed to ongoing. Not available when your firm is paying — firms pay in full at enrollment.
Can my firm pay for my membership?
Yes. Individual memberships can be paid using a corporate card, simply use your firm's card at checkout via Stripe. Firm Bundles (three or more from the same firm) are available at 20% off individual pricing and can be arranged through RevX directly. Individual members within a bundle are subject to standard Membership Terms.
How does the Circle community connect to the RevX website?
The RevX community is hosted on Circle. Members access it via revXconnects.com with single sign-on — one login gets you into the website and the community without creating a separate Circle account. When you join, you're automatically provisioned in both systems.
What's visible to sponsors and non-members?
The RevX member directory is accessible to active members only — not visible to sponsors, Expert Contributors, or the public. Discussion forums are closed to sponsor participation without exception. Sponsors may purchase banner placements in specific forums but may not participate in conversations. Member contact information is never a sponsorship benefit at any tier.
When will RevX launch publicly?
RevX is targeting a July 14, 2026 public launch. Charter Member applications are being accepted now and close permanently when 50 slots are filled — expected before launch. Founding Member applications are also open now and close permanently at public launch with no exceptions. Launch Member slots open at public launch and close 90 days afterward. Once the Launch Member window closes, standard tier open enrollment begins.
What if I'm not currently at a law firm?
Associate Membership is designed for professionals who have previously held qualifying roles in legal revenue or finance and are now in career transition, retired, or working in an adjacent role outside of a law firm — including corporate legal departments, consulting, legal technology companies, or other industries. Associate Members have full community access and their experience and institutional knowledge are valued by the RevX community.
