Director of Revenue Operations

Prentiss & Hale is hiring a Director of Revenue Operations to own the full revenue cycle across a 400-attorney firm, partnering with finance, billing, and practice group leaders to improve realization and reduce cycle time.

Responsibilities

• Lead billing, collections, and intake operations across all offices.
• Own realization, WIP, and AR reporting for firm leadership.
• Drive process and system improvements across the revenue cycle.
• Manage and develop a team of billing and collections professionals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in legal revenue operations or law firm finance.
• Deep familiarity with eBilling platforms and OCG compliance.
• Proven track record improving realization and collections.
